2. Products & Pricing

  • We strive to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary due to monitor settings or differences in textile batches.

  • Prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Grace Home reserves the right to change prices, correct errors, or cancel orders if pricing errors are identified.

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, if paying on delivery, once the order is accepted).

  • We accept payments via the methods shown on the site. Payment must clear before shipment.

  • In case of payment failure or fraud suspicion, we may cancel the order without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to locations in Pakistan as specified on the website. Shipping cost, timeline, and tracking details will be provided at checkout.

  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. customs, weather, public holidays) are not Grace Home’s liability.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We offer 7-day postage-paid returns (from the date of delivery), subject to our return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund may take several business days to reflect in your account.

6. User Accounts & Responsibility

  • If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any changes.

  • You are responsible for all actions under your account.

7. Intellectual Property
